Does anyone really knows what goes on in those rooms at massage parlours? Also, has anyone ever gotten an STI or STD from a massage? I have heard of stories of full sexual services without protection going on in those massage parlour rooms and people catching a sexual transmitted infection such as herpes, gonorreha, etc. Can anyone confirm this. I like to experience a good massage but I concern of an infection.

Well you can read these forums to know what at least some people do in those rooms. For me, this is part of why I like to keep it very simple, a nice massage and a handjob. Relaxing, fun and risk free, or so low risk as to be about on par with just interacting with humans anywhere in anyway. Plus, I find it sort of stressful to go to different places all the time, deal with different girls. I tend to find a reasonably legit place and go to the same girl all the time. I can relax and unwind. As a regular at a spa I am greeted warmly be the staff and my attendant knows me by name, gives me a little hug and makes me feel so comfortable. It's what I like, but everyone is different, figure out what you like, but yeah, keep it safe. I tried some more out there places years ago and I was never comfortable. I tried a body slide once, regretted it. I was so worried we'd end up with direct genital contact I just didn't enjoy it at all, finally asked her to stop and finish with her hand.

So my advice is to at least start with a respectable spa and just go for a massage and handjob, don't go for any extras.

That's my general approach. Over the years I've had three different places where I became a regular. I just switched about 6 months ago to my most recent favourite place because the previous one lost all their regular attendants. So I found a new one not too far away. The place is pretty legit, I'm not even sure if all the girls will give release. But I like it. The first time I went I had to ask for her to give me release, but when I asked it was no problem. I like that she isn't trying to push any extras on me that I don't want. She knows what I like, gives me a great massage and the handjob is just a natural part of the massage, usually about 3/4 of the way through so I can really relax and enjoy some very gentle touching for the last few minutes : )

OK, in order for you to get an STD, both of the following conditions must be present:
1. the masseuse must have an STD
2. there must be an exchange of bodily fluids (vaginal secretion or saliva)
Even if both of these conditions are present, it does not necessarily mean that you will get an STD. For example, washing your penis and urinating after sexual activity provides some protection against STDs and is always a good practice.
Kissing and giving or receiving oral sex is considered "low risk" sexual activity by medical experts. Low-risk however, does not mean no-risk. On a personal note, I have occasionally received unprotected oral sex (BJ) from a masseuse and have also performed oral sex on them (DATY) and have never gotten an STD.
If you get a hand-job, you can not possibly get an STD, because there is no exchange of bodily fluids. If you titti-f**k the masseuse (also known as "Russian" release), again, there is no exchange of bodily fluids, hence no risk.
If you slide your penis in between her ass-cheeks without inserting your penis anywhere (also known as "Italian" release), again, I don't see any risk at all.
You should always take a full shower after a massage and wash all your body parts with soap and water.
I have never heard of anybody who got an STD from receiving a BJ, but you can further cut the risk to next-to-nothing by using a condom.
If you are going to have full intercourse with the masseuse, then you should always wear a condom to minimize the risk. This will not eliminate the risk entirely, because a condom could break or slip off during intercourse. If you want to have absolute piece of mind, then just stick with a HJ, Russian, Italian or a BJ with condom and wash up afterwards.
As far as what sort of "activities" go on in the massage parlours, with my 15 years experience in frequenting massage parlours, I can offer some insight. Some places do not offer any "extras". Not even a HJ. Most places will offer a HJ for +$20. Many places will also offer a body-slide (BS) with the previously discussed "Russian" or "Italian" finish. Sometimes a "nude reverse" (NR) massage is offered. This is where the masseuse will lie down naked on the table and you can massage her. She may even let you perform oral sex on her. This is known as "dinner at the y" (DATY). These extras will usually cost you +$60-$80. If you just want a BJ, it will normally cost you +$60-$80, but a lot of girls will not do it at all, so it depends on the massage parlour as well as the girl. Intercourse is rarely offered, but would normally cost you +$100 or more. If there is something specific that you want, just talk to the girl and you can negotiate with her. Usually, you can bargain $20 off whatever price they give you.
