Some sober reflections:

I have really enjoyed THC edibles for the past four years but it is not as much fun as before, even at ridiculous doses. So time to reset, I will not partake for a month and see what happens. So far no alcohol either. I am not a big drinker, but I do like a glass or two of wine or port or beer. Thanksgiving is coming up and I will likely imbibe, but I might give up booze after that for a bit. Every once in a while it is a good idea to take a break from indulgences, especially when they become less enjoyable. So far the only negative effect is that it is harder for me to sleep.

One thing that happens with THC is that you rarely have dreams that you remember. I am looking forward to good dreaming again. I have not had a lucid dream for a long time - those dreams where see full images, can feel the breeze on you face, etc.

I posted way too much about two of my favorites, and now I have to find new favorites. I cannot blame them, I fucked up. Being rejected has being surprisingly painful. I find sex is best when you like someone a lot, but I am guessing those situations are ultimately doomed to go down in flames and you can only enjoy them for a certain amount of time. I will not elaborate and please do not ask, although the astute among you who read my posts can figure things out. All things considered it was probably a good lesson for me. And I think it is good for me to see new women. So a new quest has begun. To be honest I find most sessions with SWs disappointing. Over the last week I am batting one for three. I think I found a new favorite tonight named Lyn at E-Spa. She was recommended to me by a couple of members (pun not intended). What a sexy beauty, and what a nice and friendly person! Tall and slender, great body. Since I do not want to repeat my mistakes I will just say that she has the Useful seal of approval. We had a good conversation after, which is something that rarely happens because most SWs either do not speak English well, or they are just not good at or interested in talking.

Going forward I will not post explicit reviews. And I will not post any bad or so-so reviews. If I do post about an SW it will be because she made a strong impression on me and that I highly recommend her. I am not greedy, I share my gems.

I posted way too much about two of my favorites, and now I have to find new favorites. I cannot blame them, I fucked up. Being rejected has being surprisingly painful. I find sex is best when you like someone a lot, but I am guessing those situations are ultimately doomed to go down in flames and you can only enjoy them for a certain amount of time. Feel for you bro. Are you a semi legit type of hobbyist? Just remember you are not the only one going through this phase. I'll be there sometime soon and it's worst than being in the friend zone imo..Just wish the moments would last a lil bit more you know? And then you get disillusioned and realize shit hits the fan..And then you gotta start over and get your mojo back into gear..

I am an FS guy who likes Holistic spas.

I find the whole hobby fascinating, I could write a book - at least I am doing all the research and reflection needed to do so. Us men have feelings too, we are just shamed into not expressing them.

I never did THC and only really drink once a week when getting together with friends. Usually get together with friends once a week during the summer for a round of golf. Only a few more weeks of golf left and after that my drinking will likely be cut back to maybe once a month or once every couple of months. For me it is really a social thing at this point. As to the ladies, there were a few in the past that I would see a lot. A Russian girl in Montreal and couple girls here in Toronto. Unfortunately they are all out of the business these days and I have never really found someone like any of them over the last little while.

I take THC concentrate rather than edibles because I watch my calories and its really important to go on a T-break with this stuff. I would take like 3 doses of Reign Drops every day for a week and that was enough to kick my tolerance into high gear. Couldn't even get high without going for even more insane doses so a T break was necessary. After a month I was back in business and have been going easy on how much I take.

I personally like drinking more than getting high but I'm on the THC train because I don't have to worry about the way beer and whiskey fuck up my weight.

Here are some random observations from my first week of sobriety: I am dreaming again; I seem to be more proactive; little aches and pains are back; I am less patient with the ill mannered; trouble sleeping; a little weight loss; I am more open trying new things; keener thinking; more strategic.

I will return to my vices, but not as much as before.

After having consistently good service at Fantasy Spa over the last year it is a bit of a shock how variable service is at other spas. The adjectives that summarize my experiences so far are: good; terrible; underwhelming; amazing; mercenary. I would like to find four or more new gems, each of whom I would see once a month. One down, at least three to go. This will take some time.

I still cannot sleep more than a couple of hours at a time now that I am taking a break from my vices.

I had an old man moment last night. I live downtown and have an ongoing problem with people parking in my parking area. I have the necessary signs in place and there are a bunch of parking places around me, so there is no excuse. If they stay more than a few hours I get them ticketed. Tonight an SUV parked half on my side and half on my neighbors side. I fumed, considered knifing their tires, then went into my house. Twenty minutes later I returned some stuff to my car and saw a couple approaching. I asked them if that was their car, it was, and I yelled at them to “Get off my property!!!”. The response from the female was “Sir, you do not have to be rude, we are leaving”, which infuriated me. To which I again yelled “Get off my property!!!”. And she repeated her line like I was in the wrong. And we both repeated another time. I head into my house, check back later and they are gone. When this happens one of my neighbors will block a car with his own car and then demand $50 or have them towed. He is older than me and I guess I have that to look forward to. As you get older you get less patient and less afraid of confrontation.

The lack of sleep caught up with me, weakened my immune system and now I have a cold for the first time in years. So it is fever dreams combined with the waking nightmares that are the news these days. I need some Vitamin Cici, but that will have to wait. On the plus side I have made it this far without feeling any temptation.
