They are inspecting every business block by block and plaza by plaza. Not targeting just spas. It was just Covid safety inspections and educating business owners.
I was at home when the girls called me to come over fast saying the LE was at the spa for Covid inspections. I live 5 minutes away so I rushed down to the spa. The officer was very polite and very professional and he was happy to see all the girls are following proper safety protocols and wearing masks, plus he was happy to see we are providing proper safety PPE materials on front shelf.. He just told the girls to make sure every customers wears mask and gave me a website to print out Covid guide lines and to post it on the wall at front lobby. It has nothing to do with spas or sex. The officer told me spa business is impossible for social distancing, so wearing masks is a must.
A few spa girls and customers were caught without masks at some locations and got ticketed. They want everyone in the building wearing masks all the time.

They walk into a spa. If they see anyone without a mask (attendant or client) it’s a big fine for each occurrence. Masks on full time (even in the shower) for the time being to avoid the fine
