I really can't see where someone can say "this is the price for LT and that is for ST". The girls are all "independant contractors" as a sort and can charge what they want. The bar fines are set by the bar and are usually non negotionable. Some times the ladies can be fun to haggle with.

I have personally sat in a bar and overheard a girl request a high price for one person and then drop it by 50% for another. Had this happen to me a few time, both being the one that was told the high price and then also another time told a cheaper price than a person just before. If the girl likes you and gets along well with you she will sometime accept less baht for a nite.

If I meet a girl I want to spend some time with her, I have my own price limits and they change depending on how i feel and how much I am attracted to the girl. If some other BMs think I am a LDOP then tough s#$t. I give them what I want. My baht, my time, my choice.

If you want to know how much the prices are rangeing, just go down a soi and ask. If you don't like the going price go to another bar. There will always be a girl somewhere that is willing to go for your price, you just have to get out and look. But I guess if someone is not willing to use the search function they probably want someone else to do there leg work also.

After all that, here is a tip. A lot of the BGs park there momassageplanet.netikes on soi sansabai, near SB hotel. If they don't get barfined at the bars or in the discos after closing, and you are having a late beer with Somsak (spelling) you would be amazed at how cheap a stunner is for ST.:intello:

Is it high season or low season? Is it early in the day or late at night? Is the woman 24 or 44? Are you a Brad Pitt lookalike or a 600lb bucket of lard (she might want danger money)? Do you come across as an old hand or a green as the grass rube?

I understand the OP's intent, but the questions don't necessarily have a straightforward answer. You might as well ask 'How much are a pair of shoes?'. It depends how big your feet are.

Some people come to Phuket full of information from various places,and a plan on how they will spend every minute and baht when they get here,only to find that circumstances or misperceptions take them off on a completely different tangent.

I for one would have no idea of BF`s in certain bars or soi`s because i,as an expat,rarely pay them.

Travel before the internet was about hitting the ground with an open mind and go with the flow and experience things as they present themselves and learn from your experiences.

I think it`s more of an adventure that way.

I have no idea what Gary is talking about but if you go to a massage place here with beautiful Korean birds it will cost you $140-$150 US. Easy Peasy. They have Chinese and and Thai places to but I have not been there. I know the prices are higher in Vegas but his quotes seem to be far fetched.
