I would agree with you if this was last year but at least as far as the Elevate location things have gotten better, more girls are accepting 60/120 now. I saw Jenny today and while they were pretty liberal listing her age at 20 it was not a bad session. I am more worried about Premier has it is having a difficult time recruiting new talent.

I would not go for a no extras session as very few girls will provide a good session. Not all the new girls do BBBJ some do only CBJ. With Jenny it was BBBJ and CFS for an extra 120 on top of the door fee.
