If its an asian incall, no concerns at all. If its white/latina girl in a motel/hotel, sure but I never go to those anyway.
At the end of the day its a business. If they aren't scammers and are just trying to make a living from the prostitution ring, you won't ever be face to face with the handler in most cases.

I don't know but like what @Filbrecht said earlier, common sense reasoning will protect you 99% of the time.

Yeah that's another one, if the living room is behind a curtain hanged up then they are likely there too.
But its not always the case. I went to an incall on Queen Fredreicka a few years ago where I was the first person she saw. Had to wait like 5 minutes because she was driving to the building.
