I think we all know the reality of the situation whether some want to believe it or not. There will be alot of unemployed mpa's looking for work. Most are not qualified for anything else. Working in another city won't be as easy as some think as most have licensing requirements that they probably won't meet or want to.

Toronto is going through something similar from what I've been told from an owner I know. It's not just EBC.
