Lynn I completely empathize. So much of what you've written is my life...
I am so thankful that you were able to take the time to articulate these most personal details, for I believe it will help people on here. A few weeks ago I dealt with a fellow massageplanet.netite whom I was trying to explain just that. Yet he could not understand nor seem to want to understand that while we have a heart for bringing others comfort and that is an aspect of this job that we never counted on, it still doesn't detract from the reasons we became involved or the standards we may hold in our personal lives and with regards to our SO.

It's not "macho" to admit it... I'm willing to bet a lot of clients don't even realize it.... But I believe that need to be a very significant reason as to why men pay for "it".

Sometimes I wonder why I keep hobbying as I do. Well, it's because from time to time I meet people like you who understand what it's all about.
Since I left Montreal, one of the people I miss the most and talk to the most often by phone is my former regular masseuse. She and I were very close and we shared many personal thoughts. We also had an understanding that we each had our own lives and we respected that space for each other. We both obviously knew that we both participated in the adult massage world, me as a client and she as a provider, but we never thought any less of each other. We met in a massage parlour and we developed a wonderful friendship in a massage parlour. We clicked from day one. I know that doesn't happen very often, but I guess we are just very lucky that I strolled into her place at the right time one day more than four years ago.

I would not recommend dating a MPA. I did once. I met her at a local MPA. Clicked immediately after the first visit. then i started seeing her once a week, for a month. the 5th visit, she asked me not to see her here, since the door fee and the place is a dump, she invited me to her place. then i started seeing her there. i didn't pay her, but i took her out for dinners, grocery shopping, even pick up her relatives at the airport. so we started dating seriously within 2 months. i asked her to quit the MP job. she finally agreed. and started working for me as a receptionist for 2 years. things were going well, however, after about one year, she started talking about marriage, long term commitment....etc. i told her to give me some more time. the sex was great, everything was great, especially the sex. we had sex about 15 to 20 times a week. and she got along with my friends and family well..

until i noticed she might be seeing one of her regulars outside the mp. i became extremely paranoid. i have to see her all the time. if she is away from her desk, i called her texted her until she replied. if she is out of my sight, i automatically assumed she is cheating on me. its a vicious cycle. there was no trust. we started arguing over little things. at then we broke up. she went back to work, and i believed she started doing FS, since someone reviewed her here. I lost a lot of my time, money, and health. i suffered from insomnia, every time i was away for business trips, i worried she might see one or a few of her regulars, i believe she kept the #s. she used to make fun of this one particular regular that would tip her 100 extra for doing a thigh release, which to her isn't considered sex so, isnt cheating... i was just miserable, constantly worried about she might see her regular. sometimes she had like 300 to 500 cash in her pocket or purse.

I wouldn't recommend it either...This is something else but I met an SP in the past and upon meeting her, instantly clicked. Even went over the time limit because we really enjoyed each other's company. We would get really horny/affectionate and then after words talk like regular human beings. In any case, she left me her real name/phone# and email address which I was kinda shocked by because 1. I couldn't possibly call her since that would be invading privacy and 2. She was going back to Montreal so there was no point calling her anyways. It just wouldn't make any sense to me, and again, don't want to invade her privacy or get paranoid over emotional nonsense. Sent her an email and wished her well, she emailed me back and that was that.

So overall, wouldn't recommend dating an MPA or SP. If one can control their emotions they'll be fine. Just remember the good times you've had with your ATF and maturely move on.

This would be my dream come true only with the right one the one and only...ohh i miss her so much that it hurts when I don't see her. Two cents on dating MPAs

My two cents on dating MPs- about 15 years ago when I was much younger and better looking the 'just off the boat' girls always asked me to take them out. I never did, but I did end up seeing a Chinese Canadian girl (no accent) who worked at a place near king and bathurst. When I went to see her at work, she always demanded a tip, but when we went out on civilian dates she wouldn't let me get past second base. It was fun.

Now on the topic of MPs being 'wild childs'. Well, I think it varies from case to case. I've seen some MPAs that (with the right tip) will do lesbian duos, cover themselves in lube, and take digits hard in both, but there are two expensive cars in the back with evidence in them that these girls have families and are moms. As well, there's something about their mannerisms that tells you that they're there for the money and are otherwise respectable citizens. Now, on the other hand, I've seen other MPAs that will do the same slutty things but while doing it they'll look at you and tell you what sluts they are and how they'll do anything with any man and love it (the one I'm thinking of gets into far, far dirtier talk than that, actually. Often verging on inappropriate)

So, would you (or I) date one of these girls? I'd have no problem with it. The respectable mom types are great because they're respectable moms. The wild childs are great because, well, that's kind of obvious...

Question is, would they date you?
