No, it isn't. I may have mentioned some of those issues here on this thread, but that's not all there is. Like any other relationship, it depends on the girl and it depends on you and it depends on how the relationship goes.

I've had a few of these relationships over the years. If one stays in this hobby and is single, the law of probability will get you in the end, at least some of us.

Some relationships turned out well, others not so much. One girl I seriously contemplated marriage, but things didn't happen to work out.

Way back when, I participated in a few of these. Only months full amount is paid is first and last month, which usually go to the organizer for the risk they take for basically "cosigning" for everyone involved. Each month everyone puts the amount they are willing to receive on a card, and they are basically silent bids. The organizer collects everyone's bid and the lowest figure gets their "ga" ($) the following month. If they bid (need the money real bad and are willing to accept...say $17,000) then the following month everyone pays 1/20th of $17,000 ($850 instead of $1000). If everyone is content to wait until later, the amount could in theory be $20,000, but rarely happens, until possibly that last few months. So some enter into this for just the difference (like earning interest). Organizer is often crooked, and tells their family of friends involved the lowest bid, and they bid just slightly lower, on the month they want to cash-out. At least this is the Korean version I've seen.
