Other thing is, Italy was impacted because a Chinese tourist directly from Wuhan traveled to Italy. How many Chinese visit India? After all we have a reputation of being perverts. Who would visit us anyways. So being pervert actually helped us.

India started screening international passengers at an early stage. So we should give credit there. And if lockdown is done in India even though cases are less, what’s the issue in this? Haven’t we heard - Precaution is better than cure? Being a monger let’s not doubt that saying.

Scientific View
The Corona virus is infecting certain pockets. The state governments are doing a reasonably okay job of controlling it. Our numbers are still under 1000. Scientifically it has been observed that Novel Corona only kills people whose immunity is compromised. So the elderly or already sick people are main victims. The others not only recover but their bodies turn immune to it. It is the same principle on which vaccination works.

Political View
The nation's economy has already been completely compromised.
- Demonetization killed the poor laborers, small traders, informal markets who used to operate below the tax radar and hence would keep things cheaper.
- GST tightened the screws around this same market further. It killed the informal economy. That resulted in inflation on one side and unemployment on the other. Many OEMs have stopped selling parts and merchandise to small traders with turnover below 40 lacs since they don't file GST. The OEM gets input credit back only when the trader files his GST.
- The Bank NPAs caused further problems.
- The lack of leniency to Telecom players reduced them from 12 players to just 3 leaving 5 lac people jobless
- GDP is at an all-time low since small-scale industries now cannot operate below the tax radar.
- Fintech Startups have been compromised due to no-MDR below Rs. 2000 rule
- India's ratings have been downgraded by most international ratings agencies
So now how do you wash your hands off all this. Use the Corona scare. Ride the wave with another drastic step. Put all the blame of the entire crash on it. Convert the adversity to opportunity.
That is the game Modi has played.

Economic View
The only industry that was making money right now were IT Offshoring companies, BPOs etc who get work from abroad.
- This drastic step will ensure that all clients will now look for other outsourcing destinations to split their offshored work to mitigate future risk.
- Expect work will fly off to Sri Lanka, Philippines, Nepal etc
- Investor Capital has begun exiting due to which Sensex and Nifty have tanked.
- Some companies will fold up due to their inability to take the loss of 1 month of no revenue. Remember, Rent, Lease etc is still going on.
- Mass unemployment

Who Benefits?
The Ambani, Adani, Essar etc capitalist lobby that controls elements within BJP will benefit from this.
Mass Unemployment : Cheaper Labour
Companies going bankrupt : Less competition
Small Traders getting pushed out : No price pressure or price competition
Stock Market crash: Opportunity to buy stocks cheap and control such companies
Less offshoring work to India: Reduced Forex reserves. Dollar price going up. Reduce competition from Chinese suppliers etc
Reduced Foreign Investment : Choke down the competition from the middle-class, brilliant startup guys who are making life difficult for the old money

If you aren't a CEO , how can you be sure you earn more than me?. I m pretty sure that I m getting highest package among my colleagues due to some of unique trade secrets which I bring to table. However, as I said I don't have any other expenses being single and parents being not dependent on me. I can do almost what I want, also I don't like to accumulate, I live what us people call "foot to mouth" meaning I spend whatever I earn in month, be it in bars or in charity.
As far as values is concerned, I m more of a baba types I don't like most of materialistic things like big cars, branded clothes etc. After high school I qualified as art of living teacher, got upset after seeing srisri working like a syndicate-capturing money from innocent people, than decided to delve into materialistic pleasure but except lust didn't found anything else interesting......but you never know wen I get bore from this I try other new things.

Issue is not lockdown. It is the way it has been done.
Extent : There was no need to announce it nation-wide. Sealing off interstate highways and movements could have been good enough to restrict the infection to given locales. Within the infected localities, the State governments would have anyway restricted movements through curfews. Now the economic cost of this shutdown would be huge as even infection free people are not able to go to work. I know people would applaud this step like they applauded demonetization and GST. But after a few months it would come back to them as unemployment etc.
Duration : If it had to be nation-wide it could have been a 7 day announcement. Then it could be extended by a week and then more. There was so much panic yesterday post the announcement. People were crowding at DMarts, local grocery stores, medical shops etc. I am sure a few more got infected during that window. A 21 day shutdown takes away hope. I am myself an investor in a fintech startup that has suddenly started thinking of folding up now as the budget that they had planned to use till March 2021 will now get over by August 2020 itself. And no new funding is coming. A friend manufacturing fertilizers in Sikkim is wondering why the police is shutting down his business. They don't have a single infection. Some labor unions are using this opportunity to bargain for wages during the shutdown since it is not their fault. THE FUN HAS JUST BEGUN !!!

-I do feel that if you crack the dynamics of personality in bars, including coatwalas,dj,manager etc. It's easier to take a wise decision. And it is one of the reason I was regular to a small ob near by home and was spending enough to get noticed.......there was a clear demarkation between stage dancers n girls standing in front. I liked one stage dancer and made her dance 3-4times, n asked her for coffee, she bluntly said she doesn't go outside, but I kept on talking to her on phone for TP. (Now, as per my conversations with seniors they said har koi jati hai but you need to make her fall for you). So, I visited once more and made a different girl standing in front dance n paid more than usual to her, asked her out for night she said yes, didn't took her as was too high. On way back received call from stage dancer that I made falooda of her izaat etc. etc., I visited again as wanted to meet front standing girl, this time this girl was absent so had no choice, I was avoiding stage dancer but interestingly she came automatically to me when dj played a song that I liked, n I being a fucker didn't say no to her.....I was even bored by her repeated moves blew some cash n came back. I had kept her on backburner to be utilised for timepass like this quartine.
-Second story is about your fav. chinki from star-night, your good ob freind can elaborate on that as that was the biggest KLPD in terms of damages for me. Problem is these small setups in terms of quality of chicks are more like high end DB disguised in form of OB
-third story is of a Bebo girl introduced by NM to me, the manager recommended that girl, I was still novice wen I approached her after visiting 2-3timea asked her out for a coffe, she immediately demanded 20k, I was like WTF....do they really think of us as so chutiya....agar coffee 20k ki hai toh lunch toh 4-5lacs ka hoga lol.
- why would anyone do this on these girls, that too in lacs :"But They like having many clients. They dance for whoever asks them to. But don’t meet everyone who spends on them. Those who spend lakhs on them know that she has a bf, but still spend. It’s what makes her more in demand."
-The mid level girls you are referring to, are they stage dancers?, I found stage dancers to have fucktons of attitude no matter which ob.
- by BF you meant high paying customers who takes girl out or there lukka Janus?. Because we all know we will always remain thier customers even if we spend all that we earn on them. Will try to adopt your strategy to ask lower girls about BF of girls in demand, but I guess coatwalas can do much better job in this.
-regarding damages I do think 1lac/month is less amount atleast for high end OB's.

1. “Mid level girls” wrt demand or their quality.

2. By BF I mean “client who is her regular. Spends only on her n she meets him outside like a gf would...for everything”. Not the lukkhas. Neither “Only-spenders”.

PS: it’s just my reading. It might go wrong as most of the mongers experience speaks contrary. Probably my mind works only on simple lines. And the reading might go wrong.
