Most non RMT places opt for cheap mineral oil for massage which contain parabens. Not skin healthy. And you SHOULD shower if possible before and after receiving extra services. The idea of getting an STI from massage is nonsensical. From any kind of sexual contact is a DEFINITE possibility

Sounds more like a reaction from the oil. Did she give you a HJ with the oil or lubricant? If so, it’s likely just a reaction then.

Could it be one of the others? It’s not impossible but unlikely if all you got was a HJ. Just give it a few days and see where you are. If your dick burns when you piss or there’s an odd discharge then yeah you should see a doc.

It can also be the general cleanliness of the spa, is the room dark? I once went to a spa and both times afterward my shoulder feels itchy so I stopped going there after 2nd time. I suspect their massage bed/sheet isn't clean.

man there be places where they wash those flimsy ass covers over them massage beds. other spots got towels that I could use to take the varnish off wood furniture. LOL!!!
