I beg to differ. I have been quoted $100 & $200 up grades by several MPA's at Premier. All MPA's have their own pricing and little room for negotiation. Maybe you haven't been to one of their spas lately, but this is my experience within the last few months.

And did you accede? Did you try to haggle? I was recently quoted 50 for BBBJ by a MPA. I gave it to her but initially I passed her 20 by accident, and she said she'd be fine with 40. I still ended up giving her a 50, but understand that their prices aren't set in stone.

The by-law states that the owner/operator must collect the fees. It also states that the MPA CAN NOT handle any monies associated with the massage.
Similar to Toronto, when I spoke with the city clerk responsible for body-rub, she confirmed that Brampton wanted to align their by-laws with TO. Of course, SRM ignored it because the owner thinks she can do what she wants. In my opinion, the attitude translates all the way to the customer and hence reports of bad experience and rip-off are abound on all boards.
You go to Premier and the MPA is scared if you want to leave after 20 minutes.... BECAUSE SHE WILL CATCH SHIT.

I Have always felt the problem @ SRM is the owners themselves
Couple years back or a year ago or so the owner was on the red board regular offering free door fees to members that were reporting poor sessions
A good idea of customer service but , it won’t change anything if the ownership doesn’t change
“the grab the money and run attitude”with zero thought of customer service that a large percentage of attendants have working for them ! I will go a step further I believe the SRM ownership encourages this attitude and behaviour because this is their attitude towards their customers. I have mentioned poor service when being asked “how was your session “ and never ever heard anything about my complaint ! Not that I expected anything and they asked me I just spoke the truth ., If this is not the case SRM ownership could of corrected their reputation ages ago

The reason are:
Hard to return
Hard to exit without purchase
Manager once told my wife that he ordered a sale item for "his" customers. My eye came out of their sockets

No Frills (itailian area) any item on sale is not in stock
I do go to No Frills (russian area) night and day to the italian area one.

It is the business owners choice how their business is run, it is your choice where to spend your money.

I too was offered a free session when Ivana was there, she didn't show for her shift and even though I called 10 minutes before, the spa went for a bait and switch, saying she was there when she wasn't. After Anita showed me all the text messages between her and Ivana, she offered me a free door and lastly a free session.

I passed on it as I just wanted to have a "convo" with Ivana.

This thread had the purpose of not only identifing the girls who may offer extras (YMMV), but to enlighten thhose who are getting ripped off by some of tthe girls.

Of course prices aren't set in stone for protitution.

SRM is low on the mileage scale. Having said that, if you are clean and gentlemanly, you may get lucky on your first appointment. Maya is a good choice

My 2 cents on SRM v. Premier

I've had FS for no extra charge at the Premier chain w/3 ladies (1 regular at Pure, 2 at Platinum), but 150 (room fee) + 50 tip for BJ and 100 tip for FS is not uncommon.

SRM - only been once, but the price seemed in line w/Premier (50 room fee + 200 tip for FS)

There's got to be a spa with NON-ASIANS where I can get FS in a 30 minute session for around $120. I've been able to get good sessions in Leslie with just $100 at those Hwy7/Leslie spas.
