I have a question. I offer body rubs and possible other services, I would like to know if it is safe after the person comes to see u and the are naked if its okay to say that I offer more....... In my knowledge of LE Ive HEARD that if they get completely undressed then they are not LE, Does anyone know the specifics on this? I hope I can post this here

Not a lawyer. LE can not touch you sexually first. If someone comes in and reaches under your cloths, and molests you, then you repeat what they are doing in a loud voice, so they can hear you on a wire, and they admit what they are doing, you should be safe. If you want to know the REAL truth, you have to ask a lawyer. But I'm sure we will get many more replies to this as soon as our local "experts" notice this thread (and some of them are pretty damn smart).

But even if that is correct, consider that you CANNOT trust LE. They will not play fair and you will not win. Like JONBALLS says "if they want to bust you they will."

I wish we could give you better advice. But I think that most of the people like you who chose to do this realize that there is risk that cannot always be eliminated. Be as careful as you can be, within reason. There are a lot of careless people out there, and they are easy to bust. LE will probably hassle them rather than work harder to get someone like you. The fact that you care enough to ask this question means that you will probably be okay if you trust your instincts.

When you say "get comfortable" and he strips down completely for you to do a body rub, you are charging for the body rub. As you probably figured out, calling it a massage causes there to be licensing issues. If he's buck naked, your odds just went up that he's not LE, but, he still might be.

If the guy starts to ask you what you do extra or starts to mention money, I'd freak out and wrap it up. They want to establish a money in exchange for sex transaction. Avoid any and all mentions of sex with someone you don't trust. Avoid discussing any additional money changing hands with someone you don't trust.

Stay patient and let the trust develop on its own timing... or so says the guy who has never worked your side of the table.

LE can and will get undressed, they will do what it takes if they have scoped in on you. I have read this numerous times. I don't think NY le would be any different.

Screen, require references that are well known. Never take short cuts. I advertise on bp here in Dallas in br section and many of those guys who lurk bp do and have references. I don't put my face out there either, le will go for the easiest bust first. But have a alternative screening plan for the newbies. I had a real good provider friend come to your area last week. She did well offering the br.

I'm pretty sure the line in the sand according to the law is when there is sexual contact in exchange for money. I gotta think this includes making that deal because isn't that how they do the prostitution arrests? I know a working girl that got busted and she said the undercover cop touch her tits and showed his unit so they can do anything to make the deal. She said they made the deal in the car and right after that they got pulled over and she got arrested. It all comes down to, They will bust you if they want to, No Matter What. When push comes to shove, in a court of law, it is your word against LE. Guess what... you lose every time.

THE ONLY way to avoid this is for ladies to screen clients and for men to only see reputable ladies who do screen.

Since I have never seen AMP's screen, they are always at risk. But since LE (usually) only concentrates on the ladies, and not the john's, the risk is lessened for the men involved. At least until some politician or police agency decides to make a names for themselves usually occurring around election time.

LE in NY will be less likely to do that but dont rule it out at all, they'll bust before it gets that far usually...

people also get nude for rubs everyday at a legit parlor. its normal so ...

However they can bust you for not having a license to give massages.. NYS is strict with that and if the cant bust you for sexual activity for money they may take the other avenue and bust you for no license. Im sure a prostitution charge will go away easier that NYS..


body rub/massage makes no difference what you call it, you're not licensed to touch anyone in NYS eyes.
