Saw Linda/Sophia recently. Without providing too many details, I have to say I was put off by her incessant rambling during the massage (supposed to be relaxing/therapeutic) - every topic you could imagine including other clients' supposed medical issues and nonsensical dietary advice. I don't mind a friendly/talkative masseuse, but my advice would be to "read the room" - if someone is giving you one word answers (grunts, really), maybe they don't want a lecture about how NOT eating vegetables prevents cancer (WTF?).

Won't be returning due to this.

Avoid cold diet habits is very important, what I mean cold is not only temperature low, also means quality cold, for example: raw vegetables, fruits, tea... we should eat vegetables, but not raw, should be well done, I just give people advices that what I learn from and being proved during my work , simple but true, you can listen or you don't want listen, up to you. This remind me a story when I worked in Brampton city years before:
One massage lady is very very big mouth, report every coworkers behind, like a crow, everyone there hate her, we girls take breake in the basement, waiting for our turn comes , the basement is very down to the ground, very cold and moist , we usually put jacket on , this crow lady making juice with blender, then pour into a big cup and drinking it completly in one second, I looked at her and talked to myself:" good good, drink more"
I appreciate people come and spend time with me, I treat everyone by my heart, and want a long term , I don't want people doing wrong things as good things every day and get sick and don't know why.
This conception is respect and admire our body, massage every single point, loose body parts, let our body in a good circulation , intake warm foods avoid cold foots, let our body get enough energy, then our body knows what to do.
