One customer came in to visit me Saturday October 23. 2021, I looked at his face and his face is ruddy and he is in good spirit too, I said:" Raj, do yo u remember how you were last year this time? He said: "yes yes ,I remember, I really appreciate your suggestions, bring my health back" I said :" it is because you listen to me and we work hard together to bring your health back , I am so happy that see you are healthy now"
This is the #1 satisfied case in my career. We become very close friends or like brother and sister.
Here is the story:
Raj walked in my spa last year before winter time, he came in and said:" can you open the heater, I feel cold"
I said:" it is very early to open heater yet , even winter is coming " I wellcomed him into the massage room and turned on a small heater , I saw his face , his face color was yellow and dark, he is tall and his body was very skinny, I felt that even a gust of wind could blow him away, he was very very weak! He climbed onto massage table, I started massage him using my thumb ( usually I start massage use my elbow), As soon as my thumb started to press his back, he started screaming, no matter pressed anywhere , he screaming, especially his stomach area, , I said: " oh i don't press you too hard and I use my fingers you still screaming , how can I work on you" , time is flying, no matter how I need to work on him properly, almost everywhere on his back was pain pain pain, after I finished massage, I told him :" your body has a lot of problems, you have to come back next week, i need massage you few more times" He listened to me and came back next week, we talked a lot that time, i knew he run a garage business and I asked him:" you are so weak, how do you do this physical job? you are so weak, how do you make your dream bigger? " He said :" I was not that weak before, I was 170 lbs, the thing is doctor suspected me that I had bowel cancer and took a sample from my intestines for a test. Fortunately, I did not have bowel cancer, but after the test, I started to have blood in the stool and if I eat cold foods I don't pool blood, if I eat warm or hot temperature foods I will blood , ( do you guys know why?) so I eat cold foods" I asked him:" how long have you been eating cold foods?" He said:" like ten more years", I said:" wow Raj, you do the completly wrong way !!! pool blood is a small problem, we can fix that, but ten more years you eat cold foods, your body doesn't have heat, no power, you are ok right now, but if a big sicknees comes to you, where is your energy to fight with?" I massaged him one more time, his back was less pain and not that much screaming , then did third time and the fourth time, I don't really remember how many times massage him once a week in a row at very beginning, maybe 5 times or 6 times, he came to me very seriously once a week at beginning, there was no pain after and I could use my elbow to press harder, then he didn't come to me very often and he didn't need that often either after, I knew he was ok then, after 2 or 3 weeks he came back, first of all I was shocked: our body could make a big difference in such a short time!! his face a little bit fat, his stomach a little bit bigger too, especially when he turned over , his tighs were bigger, and his face was little bit shinning not that dark,I said: " Raj, you do good job, you are making a big change, " He said:" linda, you see my hands are not that cold" , I touched his hands, yes his hands are not that cold. Then another 2 or 3 weeks later he came in and told me:" I lifted up a big tire myself today, my coworkers are surprised and asked me where is your energy come from, I said to myself: linda give me energy , I said:" because you do this job everyday, you use to lift up small medium large tires," He said:" no, i couldn't lift up myself before , it was very heavy, I had to ask people to help me " I said :" yes it is true! I remember how weak you were when you came in first time, you see I make you become a superman !" He came to me massage sometime and his face become a little bit red colour and he has no pool blood any more! I feel that he become completely healthy in 3 to 4 months, I asked him" you go to doctors so many years, what the doctors do?" He said:" doctor give me pills " and I asked him:"so many years you were so weak, you don't feel that you do something wrong? where is your brain ? He said: " who will tell me that I am wrong?" I said:" who know you were eating cold foods so many years? And even people know you eat cold foods, but they don't know it is wrong" ......
His face become a little bit red colour , his health coming back, he said: " when I put weight on, my stomach become bigger, I don't like my stomach becoming bigger"
I said:" stomach bigger is much better than you are weaker" He said:" yes yes!!".
One day I went his garage, I looked his face, his face become dark and yellow again, I said:" Raj, you should remember that you didn't take care of your body for ten years, you shouldn't not eat any cold foods like fruits or any raw vegetables like cucumber, carrots celery..." he said "oh I can't eat cucumber?!" I said: "yes, it is cold and raw, you can't eat!!", he said : "oh that is why I feel cold again this week, it is because that I sat in front of TV eating cucumber! " I said:" yes, you see, I see your face I know what you eat"
This story tell us that our body has very strong ability to repair to rebuild to regenerate any problems unless emergency like fractures, dislocations, fire burns...
We should respect and admire God creations, give our body enough energy, avoid cold diet habits, let our body has power run properly, any artificial disturbances and chemical medications shouldn't involve our life.

When he knows coco work today, he came from North York, coco was busy busy, this custmer was waiting and waiting, me and coco feel he was waiting so long and let me to tell him that coco will be available shortly. So I open the door and told him seriously:" sorry my friend, coco is so busy, she will not be available for you, I massage you" He said:"no! I wait so long time I want coco", I looked at his face , he was almost crying , I laughed said "coco let me tell you just a little bit waiting, she is coming" then he smiled...
