An evening at D'Pelufo in San Pedro

Last night, eight CRT members made the trip from SL to D'Pelufo in San Pedro after the Happy Hour. All piled in the SL van, which we hijacked for the night and headed out.
It was a 5K colone cover charge that included two free drinks...at least the local brew. One party-goer found that you can only get one Corona for that.
Atmosphere:
The club is sorta small. We walked in and got lucky with eight seats along the rail pretty close to the one stage that was active at 11:30 pm. Bad thing was the full load of Ticos. Manager was helpful and took good care of us.
Girls:
The first five or six girls on stage were SMOKIN!!! However, they danced on the stage but did not circulate at all. To get a private dance, you ask the manager/waiter and point out the girl you want. A six minute show is 6,600 colone..about $13.
I took the plunge on a whim when a beautiful Tica walked through briefly. Got really lucky because a few minutes later, the three girl towel show started and she was in the middle.
Her name was Sara and she had the most incredible body I think I've seen in SJ. After the show when we got to the room, found she is just a dancer.
Ask if anything else was on the menu and was turned down flat!! Didn't even get to touch much of that stunning flesh :
Two other members got private dances and one reported a $60 offer for a CBJ :evil: The other reported a 'good time' and he even doubled up and got two dances.
Overall:
My impression was similar to a local club I used to frequent in the states. Sorta small and intimate with some really hot girls. Service was good and shows entertaining. The view I got of the lesbian show was quite nice :shock:
However, at $13 for six-minute dances, mine was a disappointment. Other two said dances were fine but 'menu' items were a bit on the high side.
Guess I'd recommend it for a nice view of some really hot Ticas but for 'extras' I think I'd go elsewhere.

As I tried to convey in my little write-up last month, while full service can be negotiated, D'Pelufo's isn't really about going to a club to get a cheap phuck. It's set up more for the tease factor, in an environment that's down to earth, fun, and reasonably priced. And their lineup has easily the hottest, classiest looking girls of any of the clubs in it's price range. Personally, I like the fact that the girls only circulate during the one-minute, 1,000 colones "Poosey Dance" segments - as drinks for the girls are usually a huge expense factor in the clubs.

So it's all a matter of what you're looking for. For fun factor and tease, I don't think D'Pelufo's can be beat. But if you're primarily looking for a cheap phuck, try Pantera Rosa or Club Monaco.

And yes - it is popular with the Ticos, so try to get there before 10pm on weekend nights to ensure good seats near the stage.

I agree with you on both of these factors. De Pelufo's has fine dancers, each seemingly hotter than the next. The poosey dancing is very hot, and the girls actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing-without needing a $12 drink. Fine ladies, good teasing. No sexo? No problem? The path from de Pelufos to the Del Rey is well worn!

I agree that D'Puefulo's has the hottest chicks. PERIOD.

It is not conductive towards a cheap lay for sure. The rooms do not have beds, more like benchs.

But nobody mentioned the show where they try and get a Gringo on stage and then a hot chick jumps on his balls and beats him with a belt. Thank God somebody had warned me. And that Chica was into her work. It even hurt me to watch. Then I went to Molion Rojo for some cheap love.

I am in TJ all the time and have to tell you guys that it's not as bad as portrayed here. It gets much better as you learn the scene.I have to admit that my first time in CR was easier than my first time in TJ though.It's allways good to have different places to explore so that one doesn't get burned out and cynical. I want to go to Colombia for a change of pace tambien!
