Dina has been known to fire ppl. She likes to run a tight ship. I know of one lady who was fired for cancelling at the last minute or coming in late multiple times a month.
If her 'investigation' finds that a lady offered a prohibited service (digits, daty, etc) she'll fire her. If she's popular, she'll likely give her a warning and 2nd chance.
How do I know all of this? I got to close to a masseuse and we still communicate from time to time. Kinda funny incident, we were out at a GTA mall last year and saw Dina who recognized us but pretended not to notice. Never ate her out at the spa (this is for you Dina if you're reading this and know who I'm referring to).

There's a receptionist who can be quite mean, not just to clients but to the ladies as well. The chubby one with the huge chest pillows. She's yelled at myself and a couple of buddies who visit allure on multiple occasions on the phone . Probably related to Dina and can't get a job anywhere else so Dina takes pity on her.
