I've been going to what has been designated as semi-legit places for some time now (I prefer the Asian places only). I opt for the full hour and generally get a good massage, usually some teasing while on my stomach, and then the flip with a HJ. You can try Refresh Spa (aka Sunshine) over at 622 Major Mackenzie (north west corner of Bayview and Major Mackenzie). I haven't been there in a while but there were a couple of girls there that would do what you're looking for. The manager is quite open in terms of telling you which girls will do what.

You can also try Green Spa near Yonge and Major Mackenzie. Ladies are not eye candy but will give you a nice massage and do what you're looking for (I can't speak to all the ladies there but do know at least a couple of them will do what you want). Just avoid the owner (Lucy?) unless you're just looking for a really good massage.

Are you more of a passive guy? The reason I'm asking is because most of the time these semi-legit ladies will not volunteer anything over a basic hj so you have to make the first move. Also, sometimes you have to see the ladies a few times before they will do that. Having said that, at the places I mentioned above, the ladies did that on my first visit.
