Wholesale Sheets??

Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for places to buy sheets wholesale. Online would be preferred (given geographic restrictions). If it matters, I seem to prefer flat cotton (non-flannel) sheets. Not looking for anything fancy...no flowers, designs, wild colors...just good quality, durable, comfortable white sheets.

Any help would be great! Thanks!

The hotel linen suppliers that I have found usually have only the lower thread count sheets. Which don't last very long and feel "cheap".

What I have done in the past is wait until Kohl's has a sale on their "Big One" sheet sets (275 TC) and use my extra 15% off VIP discount ...this brings my cost to about $12 for the set. They come in sets and do not have just the flat sheets.
For flat sheets only I just found 300TC singles at Walmart of all places for $6 ea. I bought two and will be trying them out.

I gotta tell ya, I have always used the cotton sheets from Walmart, and have found consistant quality. Nay-sayers may disagree, but these sheets have lasted me forever and get softer and softer as they age. For about $8 a set. Does the trick for me.

Please tell me where you can find 100% cotton sheets form walmart for $8 a set! I am seriously eager to know. I can only find cheap sheets at walmart that are "cotton Blend" or "poly Blend." Are you talking about the blend sheets, or 100% cotton?

I recently decided to go all white just for eaze of washing stuff. I bought 12 sets of white sheets from a comerical source. I don't like them at all. I will end up using them as a last resort and for wraps and scrubs. I recently went to Target and got some 100% cotton in color and they where 12 bucks a set. Just google wholesale linen supply and a few places come up. But like i said, i would not recommend them. They seem inexpensive but with freight, they are not.

thank you, everyone! I must say...a few months ago, I bought some big bath towels from Kohl's to use for massage and they are some of the nicest, softest, warmest towels ever. And they were CHEAP (I think they were on sale). They beautiful...fluffy and white. Originally, I had bought them for work I did on a college swim team...used the towels instead of sheets since the swimmers would jump out of the pool and onto my table. But now, I use the towels on my regular clients, too, and they love the warmth and comfort of them.

Long story short...I think I'll head back to Kohl's and check out their sheets. Thanks for the heads up on the poor quality of the online wholesale sheets.

Oh yeah - Koh's is the best! All of my towels are from there.
Their Big One sheet sets are perfect - they are the only ones I have found that launder nicely, have a good weight, are soft, and don't wrinkle.
I just wish that they carried flat sheets only so I didn't have to buy a set.

The Walmart sheets - nice, but I guess they are 100% cotton and no matter what I do they come out wrinkly. (I hate wrinkles!)
Of course this is laundered with the machines where I work and the dryer runs very hot - that could be the issue.

I bought two sets of 100% cotton and I swear I will never, ever, ever, ever on any condition purchase 100% again. I don't like wrinkles. I don't iron. I've washed them about 5 times and they still wrinkle like nobody's business. If I look at them, they wrinkle! AGH!

If you buy sheets online, be careful.

I just bought a dozen sheet sets from the same company that I bought my last batch of sheets from. The last bunch of sheets I bought were excellent quality. Unfortunately when I looked at my new sheets, the quality was no where near as good as the last batch.

I called the company (Spa & Bodywork Market) and asked the customer service rep. if they had sent me the correct sheets. She yes that they had sent the correct ones, but no they were not the same sheets that I had purchased earlier. She said that they used to have a seamstress, but they had let her go because it was not cost effective. I told her that the new sheets were poor quality compared to what I was used to. She said that she had received a lot of complaints about that. She said that I could return them at my own expense. But I didn't think that I should have to pay to return what I had not ordered. I felt that I had been baited and switched.

So I spoke to her supervisor and her supervisor told me that the sheets were exactly the same as the ones I had purchased previously, and that there had been no complaints. Which is exactly the opposite of what the other lady had told me. When I pointed that out, she said, "The other lady mis-spoke."

Needless to say, I won't be buying my sheets from Spa & Bodywork Market again. And from now on, if I buy over the internet, I will buy ONE set of sheets to test before I buy a dozen. Live and learn.

I buy mine from JC Penney. They are soft, don't wrinkle too much and white! I wait til they go on sale. I usally end up paying $14.99 a set plus tax. I don't have any sheets near by right now but one of the sets I really like and buy I believe is JCPenney Brand, home care - 250 or 300 TC, and the other might be called - smooth touch? I can't find them online either at the moment to give you the correct name. But if you really want to know which ones, shoot me a message and I will look and get back to you when I get to work tomorrow!

Cotton or Percale?

Hey there -

My mum always swore by Percale sheets - they don't need ironing.
She used to get the 50/50 cotton poly blend, Durable, Soften through wash and use and surprisingly stain resistant.
Might be a little more expensive, but in the long run last longer and wear better.

Might not suit everyone, but if you hit Goodwill stores and second hand shops, sometimes you can find some great sheet bargains!
Just check them for stains and wear.

I have to say, I like the Wal-Mart sheets, not only because they are not seriously expensive, but because they last and last and last. I think I am going on at least year 4 with my older sets which are still looking clean and nice. I keep about 12 sets -- I may be up to 16, and average about 15-20 massages per week. I have some sheets that I never use and others that I use all the time. It just depends on what's folded on the top of my stack. About 4 times a year I make it a point to use all of the sheets I have.

A friend of mine has at least one set of Wamsuta (Sp?) brand sheets(40/60 poly/cotton -- I think ????) which were quite nice, and I've considered going and purchasing some of those because I liked them enough to take notice of them. But I just don't need any right now, so it would be more of a replacement issue, if I wanted to do something else I guess.

best sheets ever..

apologies if this supplier is covered in the supplier forum but do you know about innerpeace in vermont? new hampshire? they have a website but you have to call to order. all flannel, made for massage table size. so fluffy you have to wash them before using them the first time, will leave little fluff balls on client. expensive at around $12 a sheet, but way worth it, with proper care (use oil be gone or other oil treatment to wash every once in a while) you can use probably 50-60 times each. we have tried flannel sheets from other bodywork suppliers, inferior quality, or shrank. hands down the best, he will discount if you buy in quantity. made in usa people!

I found the softest sheets from a company out of Tampa, Fl. They sell Comphy Sheets and I, not only bought some for my table; I also bought a queen size set for my bed. I LOVE sleeping on them. If you want to try them the company is called RuVal and they are located in the International Mall in Tampa. I think they have a website; I will look that up and add it later.

Maybe this should be a seperate topic but, anyone have a problem with your sheets pilling? It's driving me CRAZY and hurting my oh so soft skin.

What sheets have you had that won't do this? Or how can I fix it cost effectively? The ones that I have came from Massage Warehouse and are only about a year old and falling apart at the seems...literally.
