Well, if you are ok with 5,6 type of girls, who are mostly older (30+) and fat(120lb+), then the simplest would be those bars near Garden Hotels:

1. Club Tang, you can google "Club Tang Guangzhou" and get many links. You can go there any night of the week, but after 11:30 PM as before that the place is mostly empty.

2. Gipsy King, you can google by "Gypsy King Guangzhou". It is in the same general area. You will find some younger girls here.

As I had said above, KTV in GZ is way too expensive, unless you have a group of guys to share the room expense, which typically runs into about 2000 RMB in one of the nicer hotel ktv to find 8,9 type of girls. Other cheaper places will only get you girls more in the range of 5,6. You can find girls in bars and pubs in GZ easily, but they are more like 4,5 and street walkers are even worse, mostly the 1,2,3 types.

If you have a week, then stay in a hotel in DG or CP and just take the train to GZ in the morning. Or you can stay in ZH and take the late afternoon bus to go there and come back with the 7am bus. In all cases, if you want to find really hot girls, do not stay in guangzhou.

Please try ChangPing. Much more open than Guangzhou. So many girls (literally hundreds) to choose from. Read the thread "Everything you wanted to know about Dongguan" for pointers.
The cost to sit with the girl in the open bar area is usually 200RMB. You will have to pay for your own drinks and food. 500 is typical for short-term take out. 800 for LT. Don't expect to get a room solo for a low price.

I have been to Zhuhai a number of times but I have never been to Changping or HouJie. I am much more into quality and quantities, and I see that Zhuhai is slightly more expensive, which was why I kept going there, thinking that I can find better looking ladies. I usually go to YingHuang at the Bubugao hotel.

Anyone out there who have been to both DongGuan and Zhuhai and can comment on this?

I spent most of my time in Guangzhou when I go to China but the KTV scene in Guangzhou tend to be way too expensive for solo guy, so I don't have any experience with the ktv girls there.
