The famous ZB is hurting?

Heard from a couple of girls that ZB business is not that good during their construction phase of the hotel. Stories of customers feeling cramped up and accessibility to bathrooms. Clients are not putting up with this and leaving. Are you guys seeing the same thing?

we are at the halfway point.... so please bear with us as we finish up the newest project.. I apologize for any of the inconvenience as we go through this expansion.

but should be most definetly a great addition.. if you liked the room before you will like what we are doing since we will be adding a complete lounge bar area that will be completely climate control... with multiple monitors and such.

even adding a small kitchen which will be offering bocas and such cooked by the famous don gordo ( only Kidding about don gordo cooking :wink: )

when you stop by please let isable know since they have instructions to buy all of our CRT clients the first round as we undergo this projecto..

it has been a great experience for us to evolve coming from the feedback from crt since crt are the most vocal of all.. most people don't just bother to say anything

it's this feedback is what drives us to adjust our course as we go along. and I appreciate it.

Like most places, no single visit can give you any sort of idea what the place is really like. Over the last year, during two SJ trips, I probably stopped in 15-20 times and was sometimes blown away and sometimes disappointed. Often my fave at the moment wasn't available. One time everybody was busy. Over about a decade in SJ, in many establishments, I've come to realize that expecting more is counterproductive. ZB isn't perfect. The girls are not all magnificent, but it is nice enough, often enough to keep coming back. I wish it were down the block and legal in my home town.

I really like Zona Blue. It is clean, I feel very safe there, nice girls and staff. Some guys like throwing "cien" at the Del Rey girls their whole time. To me it is Zona Blue in the day and Idem at night.

I will definitely have to side with Chgolatino on this subject.

As I just returned from a 13 day trip to CR (where I ventured to ZB on more than one occasion with the originator of this thread) I would have to agree that ZB was no where near as busy as I had seen it in January on a 6 day trip.

Crowds in the BM, DR and KL did not seem any less, but the business at ZB was certainly lacking in comparison to January.

I hope the construction gets done quickly as Eddie is an excellent host and I was not disappointed in ay of my ventures there.
