STD- Molluscus

Just a word to the wise. I've frequented MPs and a few SPs over the last 7 years. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed several small white pimply things on the shaft. The other day, I got checked out and it appears to be something called Molluscus. Skin to skin contact is the cause. My guess is that one of the more unrestrained BS sessions was the culprit. As I have been without a partner for many years, it is almost certainly something I picked up while hobbying. While it could have been a lot worse, I am pretty sure that my hobbying days are over. For your own information, the places I visited over the last year were all high end places and top rated girls on the site. IT, HFH, Platinum. Be careful when opting for that body slide.

When you and the MPA are grinding each other, and your genitals start swapping juices (i.e. pre-cum and vaginal fluids), this is more dangerous than BBBJ or DATY!

You can catch this in places like swimming pools. It is not necessarily an STD (though finding it on Mr. Happy is likely from an MP in this case)

I guess you haven't seen our medical form that the girls must have filled out, signed and stamped by a doctor every year in order to receive their license? The forms for Vaughan used to include even chest xrays they were that indepth. If any girl had any sort of a disease, I can assure you, she would not be working here or even get her license.



I wouldn't consider this to be STD which is 'sexually transmitted disease'... IMHO

I would consider not only spas that you may have visited.. but many areas of your life. Being on your shaft as you said, I would almost think that it came more from intercourse.. but again.. that's only in my opinion...

Congratulations on earning your stripes.

I earned mine long before hobbying, but molluscum is relatively prevalent within the industry [ albeit the % is very low ] due to it being highly contagious and THE most easily transmitted due to the virus transference from skin to skin contact. Genital to genital contact is not necessary and incubation takes 1 to 3 months.

It is however little more than a temporary and somewhat annoying inconvenience. I wouldn't be getting too worried as it's only classified as an STD due to where it is usually located and how it is transmitted ( well duh ). We really have to shake the stigma attached to STD's. The risk of contracting an STD is out there, but within the boundaries of general MPA contact I believe it is fairly low in regard to the more serious STD's.

Issuing warnings as to where you may have contracted it is a bit much, as it's likely someone could contract it from any MP or somewhat more likely an escort at any time. It's also possible whoever transfered it to you will have been treated by now. To try and give some perspective here, we are talking about something more similar to the common cold than leprosy.

It should clear up with one treatment after which, a week or so later, the scab will fall off and you'll be as good as new. If you can refrain from touching it ( including wacking off ) that will cut down on the possibility of it spreading and the need for a second treatment.

Well this is a good wake up call for all of us here, I do think however that this should be taken seriously.

I think that the girls at all Spas should be checked every 3 months, not yearly, because any one can have these STD's and not know it, spread it and then find out in their yearly check up. And that is too late ....

So I think the licensing board should look into this option, considering the health risks...

Since 1996, I have posted a number of reviews on this board and several boards that predated it. Out of courtesy to the people I have reviewed here in the past, i thought it only fair to post my recent discovery under a fresh moniker. My hope was to avoid leaving a trail that lead back to any of my previous reviews because I was trying to avoid potentially maligning any specific attendants. Never went to unlicensed places, have no beef with anyone (If I was trying to sling mud, I would have come up with something worse than Molluscus). BTW, I was candid with the Doc and he strongly believed it was from direct contact rather than covered intercourse. I might have left a more alarmist message than was necessary, but I fabricated nothing.

Let me start by saying that I have no idea whether the original post was genuine or not. I would like to know from the people who think it was bogus what they think himindedlowlife's motive might have been. Even though there were spas mentioned by name, the content of the post is an attack on the industry as a whole. The only groups who I can think of that would directly benefit from slandering massages would be the escorts, strip clubs, or the religious right, and I don't think that anyone is suggesting that they did this.

If I'm missing something please let me know.

One of the advantages that the top end spas enjoy is that they take hygiene very seriously and you pay a premium for it. Undermine that and you create a more level playing field which is to the advantage of the lower end spas. STD's are serious obviously but the specific mention of the top end spas was unnecessary and seemed suspicious in a first post. The explanation that he changed his name because he didn't want to have us trace back and avoid ladies whom he has reviewed is also suspect since he chose to expose entire spas and therefore everyone in them.

I think HMLL is hiding because he IS a well known poster and he doesn't want people to know what he's got. I don't think he is trying to attack "the well known" spas in particular. In short, I believe him.
But then again, is this something we all don't know? I mean no matter how clean a Spa or attendant appears to be, the risk of contacting at least a skin disease (i'm no doctor) like this is always there. The once a year medical is a joke, especially if you factor in how busy these "well known spas" are. Yes they are cleaner but being booked solid for days and weeks means a very high client turn-over and I think that alone puts them at the same level as the less popular and dirty spas as far as the risk of catching something. The risk is always there, doesn't matter where.

I kind of appreciate himindedlowlife posting his experience, although its unfortunate that he posted the MP's he visited as this thread is going to divert to people being offended (understandably) to that.

Had he not mentioned which MP's he went too, concerned hobbyists were going to ask anyway.

I am taking his theory, and Hulksters experience into consideration and may be less willing to go for BS's in the future. I would love to hear reasons to counter this though, as I really like a good BS.

Questions:
If Molluscus is visible on men, would it not also be apparent on her too?

If Molluscus is detected on a guy, can or should an MPA withdraw the BS offer?

How visible is it? Can this kind of thing be seen in the low light conditions we often get in the rooms?
