THanks ! that was very informative. I found it a nice place for diversion, and the shows are done pretty good. ANd yes I went with my "working" chica and she got a kick out of the male strippers, guess pay back time

I don't know about it being a gay pick-up place, but it is a very popular club with working chicas and their dates/boyfriends, etc. This place would rock to the wee hours of the morining, and it is my opinion that the 3am curfew will affect this club more than any Zona Norte Club. The shows are very good and the chicas really get into it. They often have good beer specials as well.

Yes the Mike's on 6th and Revolution is a nice place to hang out and catch a show, you will not be out of place here because both male and females are here and you have a wide range of sexual orientations.

They have shows like this in San Francisco and Las Vegas that also attract the 'straight crowd' too - it's the same way in Tijuana.

Burt, Thanks, its the downstairs one on 6th and Revolution, I remember doing down stairs to the dungeon !
And yes its the gay/TVS impersonators, with floor shows, its good for a short while. The male strippers do a good job on the ladies ! For a small diversion its ok for the straight laced.

There’s a Mike’s Disco (in a downstairs location) around 6th and Revolucion and there is/was a Mike’s Bar on 9th Street, east of Revolucion. (That is if my memory is correct, these aren’t places I frequent.)

I've heard about chicas who enjoy the floor show at Mike's Disco. I'm told it has TVs/female impersonators dancing and lip syncing with the music. It's a gay bar; my understanding is that it's primarily a joto pickup place.

Hi Guys
Last time I visited TJ, I was taken by a girl friend to this club on Revolution. I was pretty drunk, tried to see the name on the board but not sure it was Mikes or Mice or what ! What I do remember is it was kind of an alternative bar, there were male strippers and she girl types singing, performing dancing. It was kind of a break from the regular clubs. The peformance/shows wer pretty good, with wannabe Michael Jackson types ! Dont know if this is a Gay/Lesbian bar or what, but it sure was different !
