I totally agree with you about the level of service. My first stop was to moon dream spa where I've had very good customer service. Unfortunately they were just too busy to accommodate me and Anna suggested I come back in 40 minutes. That was just too long for me to hang around. So I thought, VIP is about ten minutes away, why not try my luck there. I ended up happy with Maggie, but you are correct, the service level is different for sure.
