Las Margaritas Revisited

I was there last night. Paid 1500 cover which included 1 beer. Inside it was dark, empty and loud (great combo). There is no stage lighting for the dancers, which was generally a good thing. We were there long enough for about 4 dancers, two of which were quite fat, the other two being marginal. The place has definitely gone down hill since changing owners. The faucet in the bathroom is permanently out of service, has been for the last several months. I won't be going back for another few months. Hope springs eternal.

Was also at Arcadas last night. Talent was fair, they now charge 2k colones to get in (1 beer). Lots of customers inside, so apparently the higher entry fee isn't keeping out the locals.

Molino Rojo was decent, price for a half hour is now 9k colones, up up up. Inflation is still a factor in Costa Rica even as the exchange rate seems frozen. MR is still a bargain but not quite as good a bargain as before.

thanks for the great update...as that is my trail of clubs i hit at least 3 of my 6 nights in town (mostly in that same order ) pu*sy minds think a like !!! as for me, las mar. has been going down hill ever since i nailed a girl on those fake piss smelling black leather(plastic) couches ....as i was doing this girl i kept smelling piss and looked for a stopped up pisser but no...it was the couch i was phucking on....last time for me doing a girl in there....last time i was in arcadas , i felt they did a nice job with the place...as before it was 1 beer and out the door...but with that area they made down the stairs, you can take a girl and have some fun with her...also bilko ...i bar fined a girl from m.rojo and was charged 20.00 for the house ..gave the girl 40.00 and she spent most of the night....was that the gringo price or is that the going rate?....wish i knew her name as i am 100% sure you know her....not much on looks but the sex is always game on with her...skinny , short black hair , wears black and white alot (i know , this is weak facts about her ) and loves to drink ...she is there every night .....anyway thanks for the updates ..you add alot to the site !!

I was with Bilko last night on our outing and totally agree. Margaritas was beyond dead and Arcadas fairly good but the one chica I was interested got grabed by anouther gringo so on to Molino Rojo which was about the usual. We were a little early for prime time there so could have improved later .rbc100

rbc 100 sounds like you are in town now...i get in on wed (23rd) if you are still in town i would love to have a beer with you and swap some stories about san jose ...if you hang with bilko ...i am sure you have plenty ..i always enjoy your posts and you too have alot to offer to our site !!!

Thanks chilimike, I think I saw the girl you are talking about last night at the Molino Rojo. I'm glad to hear she's fun, I've often thought about giving her a try.
