HFH wasn't too bad of a spot to go 5-8 years ago. I remember having good sessions with Jenny, who became at Lexi Perla, and Sophia, who eventually left to go to SRM. Jenny was much more open minded at HFH then she was at Perla, and she had a younger body too. Sophia performed much better at HFH and then gained a bunch of weight when she was at SRM. Even Adrianna, who used to be Porsha at SRM, is a better MPA at HFH than she was at SRM.

HFH is like a mix of current Muse (minus the Emily drama) and Pickering Angels circa 2015: roster is a mix of bigger or older girls, not striving to outperform other establishments, and just content to be an option in the sea of options.
