yes I like the celery one the most, because guilty, m'lud ..........might just experiment with that and the tinfoil and see how many weeks I get out of it...............might pick this up in a few weeks and give a reply

Celery contains active compounds called Pthalides which relax the muscles of the arteries that regulate blood pressure allowing these vessels to dilate. Pthalides also reduce stress hormones which can cause blood vessels to constrict.
