Over the last couple of months have been offered BBFS at a few different Chinese massage places and by a few Chinese agency girls. I can speak a little mandarin. And today I quizzed the girl a bit more.

Supposedly a couple of Chinese guys are offering antibiotics to prevent STI in exchange for BBFS services . It was actually amoxicillin. Not even the right drugs for STI.

Not sure how common but a bit concerning. That girls could be taking this and think they are protected

I understand not everyone knows how STIs work, but if they take on this "profession " or hobby they should educate themselves . I mean even for the curable sti like chlamydia it takes over a week to clear out of your system and throughout that time they don't recommend you have sex. Not to even mention some of the viral ones which are pretty scary.
Another bad one is HPV since dudes have no symptoms and no test available for it, but it can be passed on to your female partner. And certain strains can cause a hole lot of trouble including cancer.

Doxy PEP is another option. Preventing STIs with Doxy PEP.

However it is important to note that doxycycline (Doxy PEP) is an antibiotic. Antibiotics only work on STIs that are bacterial infections or are parasitic infections. Antibiotics do not work on STIs that are viral infections (Herpes, HPV. HIV, HEP-B, M-POX).

It should be noted that Doxy PEP is still being researched and is in experimental stages. It also seems to be most effective in the LGBTQS2+ group and not the general population.

There is a vaccine against hep A & B. HIV can be prevented w PrEP. I am not a fan of taking so many drugs but I know some girls do it.

I smell a sleazy promoter…Jasmine Spa is a run down place. I walked in this past summer. One greasy man at a banquet table with two overweight nondescript women. I felt embarrassed and left. Definitely bottom-of-the-barrel atmosphere.
The place was unclean and the furniture looked like it was picked up from an alley.

I hope the women found a more desirable place to work.

I feel bad for folks who are misinformed and misled to believe certain drugs do what they don't (prevention wise) and they end up with life-long health conditions they never signed up for.
At the end of the day everyone gets to live the life they choose. It's just disheartening to see life choices made based on wrong information.

Do you work at jasmine spa or are you the owner? Clearly you seem close to it, cause if I read between the lines you are suggesting Ariel does bbfs.
If that's the case can you at least educate these girls and suggest they get regular sti testing since you're so good at suggestions. And for goodness sake hire a cleaning lady - preferably with a hazmat suit.
