checked various spa websites and the number of girls working shocked me! Lots of you don't take this seriously, carriers are highly contagious while asymptomatic.

While most are mild, certain people cant handle this. Even if you are healthy with a strong immune system, think about the devastating effects of whats to come for vulnerable people. (lots of severe cases in healthy 30 year olds, look them up) Our healthcare workers are screwed and so behind on supplies we are headed straight towards a situation similar to italy. We dont have enough test kits so dont believe the numbers. Experts estimate 100,000 in the US. Hospitals are completely overwhelmed. REMEMBER 3 WEEKS AGO ITALY HAD FUCKING 9 CASES.

Churches, sporting events arena , crowded confined places such as cruise ships , public transits, air planes are the worst places to be in.

I have been going to spas every day the past 2 months , some times 4 - 5 spas a day and I never worry about infection. Two days ago my kids took me to a popular restaurant in beach area for dinner. The place was packed. 60-70% of the patrons in there were over weight out of shape . I felt so uncomfortable being in there and more worried about getting infections. I never felt that way at spas.

Just be careful with who you are with and wash your hands as often as needed. Do exercise regularly, eat well, sleep well to keep your immune system strong. Even if you got infected, you are not going to die unless you have underlying health issues.

Be well informed. Don't read too much of Dr. Snake's bold prints. He is somewhat informed but posting shits out of hatred and obsession.

No doubts it's a serious problem. It is pandemic. Paranoia can cause stress which will lead you to weaker immune system.
Be well informed. Build up your immune system strong by keeping yourself fit and healthy, eat well and sleep well. Stay away from crowds in confined places. It has nothing to do with the spas.
